Now do I still believe in paid advertising, and lots of it? Well of course I do! I do only if you’re making money with your advertising, or at the very least breaking even. Some people suggest that you should run lots of advertising even if you lose money on each initial customer, because the backend sales that you get from these customers will surpass and make up for the loss that was incurred on the front end.
What is love? Most would say it’s a fuzzy feeling, something that’s warm deep inside of you that makes you feel good. Or perhaps it’s a feeling of being comfortable and happy when you’re around that person. Some relate it to sexual ecstasy. Others might suggest the bond you feel between parent and child, siblings, spouses, and so on. Most of this love, even the most sincere, comes with expectations. And these expectations are from programming shared to you from birth and on.
So let’s step back and start from the beginning. You have to establish what you want your visitors to do and then you can develop an effective marketing strategy to get traffic. First, what do you what your visitors to do?
Watch some of the videos on You tube that are related to your topic. Which ones catch your interest? Use what you learn to make your own videos. Videos are easier than ever to make because there’s tons of free software out there you can use.
Look after your current clients, they are as worried as you so be flexible. Understand their woes and work with them. Marketing is most effective when you understand and responds to people’s individual needs and aspirations.
What is “Bounce Rate” and what is a good one? Bounce rate means the number of visitors who hit your site and ‘bounce right out again’, not looking at other pages. The lower this number is the better. What a good bounce rate is cannot be set in concrete as there are too many factors involved, but what i have done is look at my bounce rate for a year’s date range, and then compare my current rate with that. Am I doing better or worse than my own average?
Don’t be hesitant to lay out exactly what your offer is. Be up front and proud of the offer. Just make sure you lead your visitors to take action. Show them where to click, download or subscribe.
Some will say that direct mail doesn’t job, others that cold calling is too difficult and not worth it, etc. They tell you this so that you can will buy into their particular marketing program and for no other reason. Some will recommend what works for your children, which is fine, but it doesn’t mean it is useful for you. I have many friends that own their own businesses and every single one promotes differently, gets their customers diversely and some of these decision makers are in the same line of work! My point is you must find the strategy that works to suit your needs and working with a pro who actually knows precisely what they are doing is the foremost strategy of all.
